The club was established in 1980 and is affiliated to the Radio Society of Great Britain.

Our main meetings, including talks and presentations, are on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm in our clubhouse and on Zoom.

On other Tuesdays we have a friendly natter night on Zoom with no fixed agenda. Visitors are always very welcome.

Sundays at 14:00 - SSB net on 80m, 3.720 MHz

Sundays at 14:30 - CW net on 80m, 3.545 MHz

Sundays at 19:45 - Quiz night FM net on 2m, 145.475 MHz. Please check in from 19:45 for a 20:00 start, Everyone welcome. Recommencing first Sunday in October 2022.

2m FM activity - KLARC Members and other radio amateurs from around Ayrshire can sometimes be found on 145.450 MHz

Training - We currently support training activities for all levels of the UK Amateur Radio Examinations.
